About:
The Dragon Mart hotel, an expansion of Dragon Mart Mall located in Dubai, U.A.E. is undergoing construction. The project is headed by Nakheel and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2015. The hotel will be an Ibis Styles brand.The project will cover the construction of an 8,500 sq m 9-storeys, 3 star hotel and will include 250 rooms, a pastry corner, an all-day dining restaurant and a sports bar. In addition, it will also have meeting rooms, a gymnasium and a prayer room. The hotel is directly linked to the Dragon Mart expansion mall and the external plaza. The hotel is part of Nakheel’s Dh1 billion, 177,000 sq m expansion project that will double the size of the existing complex. The hotel will be an Ibis Styles brand.
